Unlimited access to all Teen Fitness Classes. Teens aged 15+ are allowed to attend "Express" Classes with this membership - with coach approval. The first payment is pro-rated depending on sign-up date. All memberships auto-renew on the 1st of each month. To cancel or make changes, please email info@tctrength.com 5 business days before the 1st of each month.
TCSC Teen Fitness (Ages 13-17) are 60-minutes sessions and builds on the skills and habits developed in TCSC Youth Fitness. A focus of these sessions is learning more advanced skills and acting as an eventual bridge into adult classes. Teamwork and a positive workout environment are also emphasized.
